Torro Freight LLC operates as a freight brokerage company, arranging the transportation of goods between shippers and carriers. We do not own or operate any transportation vehicles.

  • We connect shippers with carriers based on available freight and transportation capacity.
  • We facilitate communication between shippers and carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • We do not assume liability for cargo loss, damage, or delivery delays unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

For Shippers:

  • You must provide accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, contents, and pickup/delivery locations.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding freight transportation.
  • You acknowledge that Torro Freight LLC is a broker and does not guarantee transit times or delivery dates.

For Carriers:

  • You must possess all necessary licenses, insurance, and regulatory compliance documents.
  • You agree to transport shipments safely and in accordance with industry standards.
  • You are responsible for any cargo loss, damage, or delays as per the carrier agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  • Shippers must pay the agreed freight charges promptly upon invoicing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
  • Carriers will be paid after successful delivery and confirmation of required documentation. Payment terms will be specified in carrier agreements.
  • Disputes over invoices must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Torro Freight LLC is not responsible for cargo loss, damage, or delays once a shipment has been assigned to a carrier. All claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
  • We do not guarantee availability of carriers or shipment transit times.
  • Our liability as a broker is limited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Shippers may cancel a shipment before carrier dispatch. Cancellation fees may apply.
  • Carriers must notify Torro Freight LLC immediately if they cannot fulfill an assigned shipment. Failure to do so may result in removal from our network.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of torrofreight.com may not:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Engage in fraudulent shipping or transportation activities.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or services.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. SMS Terms & Conditions

1- SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2- Types of SMS Communications:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Billing Messages
  • Shipment updates.

3- Message Frequency:
